January 1, 1961 - Jack Green, Dick Gang and John Thibo, put their idea of "Planned Merchandising and Advertising Program" in motion as Green, Gang & Thibo.
1985 - John Rich added as partner after passing of Dick Gang. John Thibo Retires, Green Rich & Associates is born. 1990 - Jack Green Retires, John Rich is sole owner of Green Rich & Associates.
January 1, 2009 - The 3 companies of Green Rich and Associates, Westgate Travel Service, and Thompson Incentives was merged into one - The GRA Group.
